“Écorché” is an offer of Gori of Palm for his last collection P/V 2010 that explores the limits between interior and exterior. Also it wants to be a reflection on the changes in to dress and on since(as) these derive in new concepts, simultaneously that do possible new spaces of thought.

The construction of this project turns about the term(end) “écorché”. In art we call écorché to a subkind(subgenre) of kinds(genres), to a figure – already it(she) is drawn, painted or sculpted – that shows us the free body of skin(leather), joining the muscles and the air.

In this work the surface of the body, his limit – his interior – is outlined across the articles, and the form of the body though cover is insinuated leaving at sight the skin, questioning the limit between interior and exterior.

“Écorché” tries to be a reintepretation of to dress, where the articles stop to see the interior and allows us to need with accuracy what exists behind. The human figure is form and body, in the same way that the articles, nevertheless these already do not answer to the established guidelines, or his(her, your) principal function: – to cover / to cover – but they acquire an opposite sense: – to undress-

The transparency of the materials used to achieve this purpose they are articulated by the suggestion of the created forms and volumes, to conceive figures of marked sensual air.

Definitively, an anticonventional offer, which forces to a different reading simultaneously that it questions if really are decisive certain moral taboos.
